热烈庆祝中华人民共和国成立74周年：深化中德友好交流Strengthening Sino-German Relations: The 74th Anniversary Celebration in Berlin
9月28日，吴恳大使在柏林举行招待会，热烈庆祝中华人民共和国成立74周年。德前总统克勒夫妇、多位联邦议员等政治、经济、文化各领域代表及各界友人、主流媒体负责人、外国驻德使节、在德中资机构、华侨华人、留学生代表等近400人出席。我们留德华人资源与环境协会（CVRU.）也受邀参加，会长张琨以及干事凌睿思在活动中与各方嘉宾进行了深入的交流，进一步加深了与各界代表的友好合作关系，并希望在未来为中德两国的交流与合作做出更大的贡献。
On September 28th, Ambassador Wu Ken held a reception in Berlin to warmly celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The former German President, Mr. and Mrs. Köhler, several federal parliamentarians, representatives from political, economic, and cultural fields, friends from various sectors, heads of mainstream media, foreign diplomats in Germany, representatives of Chinese-funded institutions in Germany, overseas Chinese, and student representatives were among the nearly 400 attendees. Our Chinese Association for Science of Resources and Environment in Germany (CVRU.) was also invited. Chairman Zhang Kun and Officer Ling Ruisi engaged in in-depth exchanges with guests from all walks of life, further deepening friendly cooperative relationships with various representatives, and expressed their hope to make even greater contributions to the future exchanges and cooperation between China and Germany.

八月份，我们的会长张琨进行了一次回国考察，参观了多家知名机构和单位，与国内的专家领导们进行了深入的交流。此行的考察点包括深圳水务集团、上海同济大学、上海城建院、宜兴城市污水资源概念厂以及上海白龙岗污水处理厂。张会长与各地专家分享了德国和中国在不同国情下水处理行业的经验和挑战。学会未来也将继续为中德环保行业的交流与合作做出贡献。
In August, our chairman Zhang Kun conducted a research trip back to China, visiting several renowned institutions and organizations. He engaged in in-depth discussions with domestic experts and leaders. The sites visited included Shenzhen Water Group, Tongji University in Shanghai, Shanghai Urban Construction Institute, Yixing Urban Wastewater Resource Concept Plant, and Shanghai Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant. Chairman Zhang shared experiences and challenges of the water treatment industry in Germany and China under different national conditions. The association will also continue to contribute to the exchange and cooperation between China and Germany in the environmental protection industry.

为中国专家提供的参考资料 ++ DWA 制作技术规范受到了来自中国的认可，来自上海城建设计研究院总工程师唐建国先生将技术规范DWA-A 131“一段活性污泥法设计计算规程”翻译成中文，“DWA-A 131反映的是德国最新的研究成果和德国污水行业的经验，相比同类规范，该法规在曝气池、二沉池、污泥量计算、运行维护等方面更加科学、详细和严格。它山之石，可以攻玉！此译文也可作为重要参考，供中国污水处理厂规划、运行和维护专业技术人员使用。
我们很高兴德国的标准获得如此多的认可！

同时，工作表DWA-A 102“雨水径流”作为一项重要的水资源管理工作。也正在翻译成中文。
++ Reference work for Chinese experts ++ Praise for DWAs rules and regulations work from China. Jianguo Tang, Chief Engineer of the Shanghai Urban Construction Design & Research Institute, has translated the worksheet DWA-A 131 "Dimensioning of single-stage activated sludge plants" into Chinese, because: "DWA-A 131 reflects the latest research results and operational experience of the German wastewater industry. Compared to similar regulations in China, the regulations are more scientific, detailed and stringent with regard to aeration tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, calculation of sludge volume, and operation and maintenance. This translation can be an important reference book for Chinese professionals and technicians in the planning, operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants." We are pleased that German standards are gaining so much recognition!
Jianguo Tang was supported by the Chairwoman of the Board of the Chinese Association for Resource and Environmental Science in Germany (CVRU), Kun Zhang.
By the way: At the moment, the worksheet DWA-A 102 "Stormwater Runoff" is being translated into Chinese, also an important water management work.

这是德国的水行业规则和法规迈出的重要一步，整个行业的经验被纳入到专业团体的出版物中。
DWA的经典作品之一，工作表**DWA-A 131**"单级活性污泥厂的尺寸设计"，最近被翻译成中文，现在呈现给中国的污水处理专家。超过1万名水行业的专家在上海线上和线下观看和参与了此次直播活动。这说明DWA的规则和条例在中国也起着非常重要的作用。
DWA联邦执行委员会发言人Johannes Lohaus也在直播中发表讲话，感谢中国同事的出色合作，没有他们的合作，就不可能有这次翻译。

Ein Klassiker der DWA, das Arbeitsblatt **DWA-A 131** "Bemessung von einstufigen Belebungsanlagen", wurde vor kurzem ins Chinesische übersetzt und nun chinesischen Abwasserfachleuten vorgestellt. Mehr als 10.000 Expert*innen haben sich in Präsenz in Shanghai bzw. hybrid über den Inhalt des Arbeitsblatts informiert. Das zeigt: das DWA-Regelwerk ist auch in China von Bedeutung.
